Windows XP 이상 버전에서는, setup-legacy.exe 가 아니라 아래의 setup.exe 를 다운로드 받고 실행한 후, 원하는 패키지를 선택해서 설치하면 됩니다.

* setup.exe --- http://www.cygwin.com/setup.exe

"Setup Alert"은 신경쓸 필요없이 "확인" 클릭한 후, 계속해서 앞단계로 진행하면 됩니다.
