perl 관련 질문입니다..

4개의 문자로만 이루어진 txt파일 내에서 2개로 이루어진 쌍의 frequency를 구하려고 합니다..

예를 들어

ATCGATCGATCGATAAAC
GATCTAGCTAGCATAACC

이런 텍스트에서 AA, AT, AG, AC....의 개수와 frequency를 구하는 건데

줄바꿈 관련해서 의문이 있습니다

각각의 줄이 엔터로 나누어져 있는데 그냥 세어버리면 이 엔터까지 count에 들어가서 계산이 이상하게 되는 듯 합니다

혹시 enter를 제외할 수 있는 명령어가 있는지...

아니면 저 문자열들을 그냥 한 줄의 문자열로 바꿔서 count하는 방법이 있을까요?

시원하게 해결할 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?
