쉘스크립트 질문 : 파일을 한줄씩 읽어서 처리하는 방법

아래와 같이 url의 일부분을 담고 있는 url.txt 이란 파일이 있습니다.

이 파일을 한줄씩 읽은 후 앞에 정해진 값
($target) "http//www.abc.com/"을 붙여서

lynx -source "http//www.abc.com/20020626/in/in/2002062666224.html"

이런식으로 처리할려고 합니다.

url은 어떻게 가져 오겠는데 다시 $target을 붙여서 하나씩 쿼리할 방법
이 없네여...ㅜ.ㅜ

의도하신 것에 맞는 지는 모르겠지만... 대강 이런 식으로 하시면 될 듯
