service start httpd 오류 현상

첨부파일 보시면 이 오류가 어떤 오류인지 잘 모르겠습니다.

어떻게 해결해야할까요ㅠㅠ

httpd -t 명령으로 설정 파일 검사 부터 해 보시지요.
일단 보이는 건 "Address already in use" 가 보이고, 그리고 log file 을 열지 못했다는 것으로 보아 로그 설정에 문제가 있을 것 같습니다.

그리고, 이 질문은 프로그래밍과는 관련이 없죠.
