float 값들의 열의 입력을 받는 프로그램을 만드시오.

Keep accepting values until the user enters the value 0.
값을 받다가 사용자가 0을 입력하면 멈추시오.

Display the maximum and minimum value they entered.
최대와 최소 값을 표시하시오.

Remember to add comments, and write the program in a structured fashion.
