Ubuntu 커널 make -j4 실행시 에러

새로운 디렉터리를 만들어서
$mkdir -p ~/work/Kernel/linux-kernel
$cd ~/work/Kernel/linux-kernel
$git clone https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux

이렇게 하고
$make ARCH=x86_64 menuconfig 에서 설정들을 해주고
$make -j4

를 하는데 에러가 발생합니다..

make[1]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/asm-offsets.s] Error 1
make: *** [prepare0] Error 2
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs . . .

.........

혹시 제대로 된 파일을 받지 않아서 에러가 나는 걸까요?
에러의 원인이 무엇일까요??!ㅠㅠ

네이버와 구글에서 검색해보면. 비슷한 내용이 있는거 같습니다.
make[1]: *** [arch/x86/kernel/asm-offsets.s] Error 1

- 버전 오류
- 어떤분이 만드신 스크립트가 있던데요.
- 패치 업데이트
- 라이브러이 경로 지정

되도록 잘 되는거 보고 따라하시는게 좋을겁니다.
