파일 자체를 읽으려면 어떻게 하죠???(파일 전송 관련...)

파일의 내용이 아니라 파일 자체(2진수로 된...)을 읽으려면 어떻게 하죠???

fread 이런 함수로 읽을 수 있나요???

파일의 내용을 빼면 파일에 뭐가 남지요? 파일의 내용을 제외하면 파일에서 읽어올게 없습니다.
