[Upnpd]Error registering the root device

I installed linuxigd-1.0 with libupnp-1.6.16
I started the daemon by giving

route add -net 239.0.0.0 netmask 255.0.0.0 eth1
upnpd -f eth1 eth0

I am getting error in registering root device with descdocURL

upnpd[22186]: UPnP SDK Successfully Initialized.

upnpd[22186]: Succesfully set the Web Server Root Directory.

upnpd[22186]: Error registering the root device with descDocUrl: http://192.168.3.31:49152/gatedesc.xml

upnpd[22186]: UpnpRegisterRootDevice returned -108

I don't know why this error is occur

Can anyone help me in clearing this error

//UPNP_E_INVALID_URL signifies that a URL passed into the function is invalid. The actual cause is function specific,
