root 찾지 못합니다

사용자 계정에 있던 root계정을 지워져서 single모드에서 패스워드를 수정하려고 하니까

이런 에러 메시지가 뜹니다
User not known to the underlying authentication module

root 계정을 살려야 하는대 어찌 해야 할까요?

가장 쉬운 방법이 CD넣고 부팅한뒤에 설치하는 듯이 업그레이드 모드로 가다가...

중간에 ctrl-alt-F2를 눌러서 쉘로 나가서 해당디스크를 마운트해서 직접 /etc/passwd , shadow 파일을 수정해주시는게 편리합니다.
