Virtualbox 이미지 용량 줄이기 관련 질문입니다.

안녕하세요.

지금 Windows XP 에서 Virtualbox 를 돌리고 있습니다.
Virtualbox 에서는 가상 이미지로 Fedora13을 돌리고 있구요. (guest OS 라고 표현하는 것 같네요.)

그런데 fedora13 에서 파일을 지워도 실제 이미지 파일 (fedora13.vdi) 의 크기는 줄어들지 않아
여기저기 찾아보니 아래 링크를 찾을 수 있었습니다.

내용을 보면,
1. zerofree 를 설치하고
2. df 로 마운트 정보를 확인하고
3. mount -n -o remount,ro -t ext3 /dev/sda1 /
4. zerofree /dev/sda1
하면 된다고 하는데

3번 mount 하면 "/ is busy" 라는 메시지만 뜹니다.

어찌해야되는지를 모르겠네요.

고수님들의 조언 부탁드립니다.

에러나면
라이브시디로 부팅해서 읽기 전용으로 마운트해서 하는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

그런데 저거 혹시 싱글모드로 하면 될수도...

여기저기 찾아보니 fedora 포럼에서 아래와 같은 글을 찾았습니다.

To remount the root file-system readonly, you can first switch to single user runlevel (telinit 1) then use mount -o remount,ro filesystem.

결국 님께서 얘기해주신대로 single-user mode 로 부팅을 해야하네요.

근데 single user 모드로 들어가는 법을 모르겠네요. ;;;;;

fedora 13 을 쓰는데,
찾아본 바에 의하면 처음 부팅할 때 뭐시기 물어볼 때 아무키나 누르면 된다는데,
뭘 눌러도 반응도 없고...

쉬운게 없네요. ㅜ.ㅠ

갈수록 자답이 되어가네요. ㅋㅋ

/etc/default/grub.conf 파일을 열어
timeout 값을 3 (3초)으로 수정하여 single 모드로 들어갈 수 있었습니다.

grub을 통해 single-user 모드 진입하는 방법.

여기까지 하고 3번 마운트까지 실행되었는데,

이젠 4번에서 말썽이네요.

3번처럼 마운트하고 별 에러없이 넘어갔는데 4번을 실행하니
zerofree : filesystem /dev/sda1 is mounted rw

라는 메시지가... ㅜ.ㅠ
