'터미널 에뮬레이터'를 실행하면 다운이 되요

슬랙웨어 12.1 을 사용중입니다
X를 띄우고 KDE환경에서 시작메뉴에서 찾은 '터미널 에뮬레이터'를 실행시키면 그대로 다운이 됩니다
ctrl + alt + Fn 도 안먹히고 ctrl + alt + del 도 안되고 마우스 포인터도 움직이지 않고 키보드 num lock 키를 눌러도 LED에 등이 안들어오고 다운이 된게 확실한거 같은데요
왜 이런 것일까요?;
X에서 다른 터미널 프로그램을 열어서 "터미널 에뮬레이터"를 로그를 남기도록 실행해보았는데
다운이 되고나서 리부팅후에 살펴보니 error_log파일은 생성되어있지만 크기가 0바이트입니다

이후에 새로 알게된 사실인데...
.xinitrc를 편집해서 startkde 부분을 주석처리하고 아래에 xterm을 추가해서
검은바탕화면에 xterm밖에 띄워져있지 않은 깨끗한 X에서 Terminal을 실행시켜보니 실행이됩니다
그런데 고장난 TV처럼 Terminal화면이 붉은색과 파랑색이 좌우로 펴져서 보입니다

혹시 xterm을 띄워도
혹시 xterm을 띄워도 down되나요? 아니라면 먼저 xterm을 띄우고 KDE 터미널을 prompt에서 실행해보기 바랍니다.

X에서 xterm을 띄워서
X에서 xterm을 띄워서 거기에서 Terminal을 실행시켜도 시스템이 다운이 되네요
그런데 새로 알게된 이상한점은...
.xinitrc 파일을 수정해서 startkde 부분을 주석처리하고 xterm을 추가해서
검은바탕화면에 xterm 하나만 떠있는 깨끗한 X를 띄우고 그 xterm에서 Terminal을 실행할경우에는 *실행*이 됩니다
그런데 Terminal 화면이 깨끗하게 나오지 않고 꼭 고장난 TV처럼 파랑/붉은 색이 좌우로 따로 펴져 보입니다
저는 리눅스 초보라 잘 모르겠는데 이것으로 어떤문제로 인한것인지 알수있을까요?
Terminal이 이상하게 보여지는것을 스냅샷을 띄워서 보여드리고는 싶은데
콘솔에서 어떻게 스냅샷을 찍는지 제가 알수없네요
밥 먹구나서 명령어를 찾아보고 올리겠습니다~

Terminal만이 색이 좌우로 퍼져서보이고 뒤에 가려진 xtem은 여전히 깔끔하게 잘 나옵니다
왜 이러는것일까요? ㅜ.ㅜ

/etc/X11/xorg.conf 파일을 백업하고 /etc/X11/xorg.conf-fbdev로 대체해 본 다음에 X 시작해보세요.
