치명적 기호 참조 오류에 대해 질문입니다

안녕하세요. 유닉스 시스템 프로그래밍을 공부중인 학생입니다.

이 소스의 문제는 저자자신(출처는 유닉스시스템&네트워크프로그래밍)은 이 프로그램으로 테스트까지 마쳤다는 것인데, 그렇다고 하기엔 너무 에러가 많습니다..... 고치다 고치다 여기까지 왔네요. 책에 보면 디버깅이 어쩌구 하는 내용이 있는데, 저자 자신의 머리나 디버깅하라고 해주고 싶습니다.(저자가, 이 글을 볼리 없겠지만..)

이 오류를 해결하려면 어떻게 해야 합니까?

1. 로컬 변수의 주소를 반환하지 마세요. new를 하거나, 함수의 인자로 받으세요.

2. LogHandler::the_logHandler, Framework::the_framework, BSCHandler::the_bscHandler, NEHandler::the_neHandler, Formatter::the_formatter 이 함수가 있는 파일을 같이 컴파일하세요.

혹시나 해서..

gcc 버전이 높아지면서 표준에 더 strict하게 바뀌어 왔습니다.

전에는 warning으로 넘어갈 것이 error가 되는 경우가 많거든요.

책이 언제 출간 되었는지는 모르겠으나 이전 버전의 컴파일러에서는 컴파일이 잘 될 가능성도 있습니다.
