[질문] 공유기 내부에선 공유기로 오는 패킷을 전혀 받을수 없나요?

공유기의 아이피(예를들어 메가패스에서 받은 공인 아이피)가 123.123.123.123 이고
공유기 내부의 사설아이피가 192.168.1.2라 가정했을때

공유기 내부의 192.168.1.2의 컴에서 123.123.123.123으로 오는 패킷(외부에서 오는 패킷)을 절대 받을수 없나요?
패킷은 TCP, UDP, ICMP 등등 어떠한 패킷이라도 상관없구요.
공유기에서 포트 포워딩이나 DMZ등 특별히 설정을 해주지 않았다고 가정했을때
공유기 내부에서 외부에서 오는 패킷을 받을수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

공유기가 라우터의 역할을 하고 있기 때문에 공유기가 세큐어하다는 전제하에, 공유기에서 루팅이나 포워딩 설정을 하지 않는한 내외부간의 통신은 불가능합니다.
