이클립스에서 지정한 make파일을 이용해서 컴파일하는 방법있나요?

이클립스 CDT IDE 3.2버젼을 사용하는데요
ctrl + B 를 이용하여 빌드할때 지정된 컴파일러 말고 내가 임의로 만들어 놓은 Makefile 대로 컴파일되도록
할 수 있는 방법이 있나요? 있으면 가르쳐 주세요~
또 이클립스와 QT 를 연동하는 방법이 QT 4에는 있는거같은데 버젼을 낮춰서 3.3.3정도 버젼으로 연동하는 방법이 있을까요? embedded qt 연동 방법도 있는지 궁금합니다.
검색을 해봤는데 검색 실력 부족인지 못찾겠네요~

Managed 가 아니라 일반으로 프로젝트를 생성하신 뒤에

Make Targets View에 보시면 프로젝트 디렉토리가 나옵니다.
그곳에서 Makefile 의 위치에 가셔서 add make target 해서 target 명을 작성하시면
그 위치에서 " make target " 한것과 동일하게 동작합니다.

만일 ctrl+b를 눌렀으면 자동으로 하기를 원하시면
properties > C/C++ Build 에 보시면

Builder settings가 있습니다.
그곳에서 Use default build command 옵션을 끄시고
Variables 라는 버튼을 누르시면 아까 target명을 입력하신게 보일껍니다.
그것을 선택하시면 ctrl+b 를 누를때 지정한 make target을 실행하게 됩니다.

QT 부분은 제가 해본적이 없으므로..pass하겠습니다.
