커널을 업그레이드 했는데 모듈이 안올라가요.

커널을 업그레이드 했는데 modprobe를 사용하면 전에 올라갔던 모듈이

자세히는 기억이 나지 않지만

insmod:cannot insert '/lib/module/....../xxx.ko'
invalid module format(-1):exec module

이라고 나오는것 같아요.

그래서 전 커널로 다시 되돌리면 잘 올라가고, 다시 업된 커널로 부팅하면 안올라가고..

도데체 왜 저런 에러가 나오는건지 모르겠어요.

많은 가르침 부탁 드립니다.ㅜㅜ

커널모됼을 컴파일할때마다 모듈에 커널 정보가 기록이 됩니다.

(커널 버전과, 커널 작성자등...)

만일 커널버전이 모듈에 기록된 버전이 틀릴경우 오류를 내뿜게 됩니다 ~

구글에서 영어로된 LKM 문서중에 커널 2.6 버전을 잘 읽어보시기 바랍니다

(한글 번역 문서가 찾기 힘들고 또 2.4 와는 많이 틀립니다 ^^;;;;)

커널 모듈을 공부중이라 운좋게 글올릴수있었네요~ ^^

모듈을 업된 커널에서 재설치 하니까 잘 돌아가더군요.

이유를 잘 몰랐는데 gam1532님께서 힌트^^를 주셔서 잘은 아니지만 감은 잡았습니다.
