홈페이지 최초 접속시 접속 않되고 새로고침하면 뜹니다. 이유가 뭘까요?

안녕하세요...
여기저기 찾다가 해결책이 없어서 질문 드립니다.
1. 운영환경(DNS와 웹서버 모두 한곳에서 서비스 합니다.)

2. 문의사항
최초 사이트 IE로 접속시(test용 제 홈피 : www.supersky.pe.kr) 페이지를 찾지 못한다고 메시지가 나타납니다.
다시 새로고침을 하면 정상적으로 표시됩니다.
여기저기 유사 질문을 찾았지만 답은 없더라구요.. iptable를 통해서 차단하고있는데 deny log까지 찾아서 봤는데
iptable은 아닌듯 하고 apache에 errorlog엔 별다른 로그가 없더라구요..
또 dns쪽도 별게 없습니다.
아시는분 답변 부탁 드립니다.

서버 쪽은 큰 문제 없는 것 같고...
사용하시는 OS 의 네트웍, 클라이언트 설정을 다시 한번 점검해보시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다.

제가봐도 그렇거든요...
아는 분중에 그린모드(PowerSave)등 절전관련 문제일수도 있다고 해서
어제 IDC가서 모두다 disable시켰습니다.
좀더 지켜봐야할듯 합니다.
