Debian 에서 scim 설정 문제

현재 소니 T27 노트북에서 데비안을 깔아서 한글 설정 중에 있습니다.
KDE 3.5를 사용하고 있으며, 한글 설정은 locale은 ko_KR.UTF8 UTF8을 사용하며 etc/environment에 LANG="ko_KR.UTF8 UTF8"을 설정해놓았습니다.
SCIM을 깔고 ~/.xinitrc에 wiki에 있는 스크립트를 추가해서 리붓하면
FTH =....X11\....font\misc 뭐라구 나오면서 X가 실행이 안되더군요.
.initrc파일을 지우면 다시 실행 되네요.
skim을 받아서 rc파일 설정 없이 그냥 KDE에서 사용하니 skim 프로그램은 돌아가고
tray 역시 생기는데 ctrl+space를 아무리 해도 한글이 안되더군요. Keyboard layout에서 kr106로 설정하고 xen을 돌려 Alt_R--->Hangul 키로 리맵핑 시키고 skim config의 trigger on/off에서 Hangul로 바꿔 firefox에서 적용해도 안되네요.

제 데스크탑 역시 똑같은 증상이고 이 문제를 어떻게 해결해야할지...참 난감하네요.

xfonts-base 패키지를 설치하고 /etc/X11/xorg.conf 파일에서

Section "Files"
....
FontPath "/var/lib/defoma/x-ttcidfont-conf.d/dirs/TrueType"
FontPath "/usr/share/fonts/X11/misc:unscaled"
....
EndSection

FontPath를 확인한 후에 다시 ~/.xinitrc를 생성해서 시도해보세요.

.xinitrc를 쓸 경우 여전히 똑같은 문제에 봉착하네요.^^ 데비안에선 .initrc를 쓰는게 무리인지..^ 일단 /X11/xinitrc/x.input.d/scim 설정과 ~/.KDE/AutoStart/scim 으로 해결 보았습니다.. 좋은 답변 감사드립니다^^
