EABI는 OABI에 비해서 무슨 장점이 있나요?

이놈땜에 삽질하다보니 문득 궁금하네요...

무슨 장점이 있길래...

주로 부동소수점 연산 속도 때문인 것으로 알고 있습니다.

삽질도 줄여주고, 궁금증도 줄여주지요.

배포되는 툴체인은 armv5 가 default 입니다.
필요하다면 옵션을 주고 최적화를 하시고,
EABI 전용이라 fpa 는 지원되지 않습니다.
(오히려 신경쓰이지 않고 편합니다)
그러고보니 2007q1 이 릴리즈되었군요.

그렇군요.....이미 OABI로 작성된 코드들을 EABI로 컴파일하다보니 많은 삽질들이 있었는데...

뭐 EABI가 장점이 있으니깐 바꾸라고 하는거겠죠? ^^

근데 혹시 EABI에서 enum type의 size를 왜 4byte로 바꿨는지 궁금하네요...(-mabi=aapcs-linux 옵션 썼을 떄)
