NAT에서 TCP port와 UDP 포트가 동일하게 매핑되도록 할수 있을까요?

NAT router의 내부 사설망에서 외부의 서버에 접속을 하게하고,
내부 사설망의 호스트의 클라이언트의 tcp port 번호를 그대로 사용해서
UDP에 binding해서 사용하여야 하는데, 중간의 NAT에서 tcp port와 udp port를 서로 따로 관리하고 있네요..

현재 현상은 이렇습니다.
client 192.168.0.100:9000/tcp ==> NAT Router 변환 61.85.118.73:33333/tcp => Server 61.85.118.100:3000/tcp
client 192.168.0.100:9000/udp ==> NAT Router 변환 61.85.118.73:55555/udp => Server 61.85.118.100:3000/udp

이것을 다음과 같이 되도록 설정하고 싶습니다.

client 192.168.0.100:9000/tcp ==> NAT Router 변환 61.85.118.73:33333/tcp => Server 61.85.118.100:3000/tcp
client 192.168.0.100:9000/udp ==> NAT Router 변환 61.85.118.73:33333/udp => Server 61.85.118.100:3000/udp

일단 클라이언트의 port는 connect 할때 any port로 할당하게되기 땜에 NAT에 정적으로 설정할 수는 없습니다..
NAT router가 위와 같이 동작하게 할수 있을까요?

목적지( 위에서는 Server 61.85.118.100 이 되겠죠 ) 가 고정되어 있거나, 정확하게 알 수 있는 것이라면
목적지 주소 및 포트에 맞게 NAT 할당을 해 주시면 되겠죠.
