kberylsettings 을 설치하고 싶어서 그러는데요 막막해서 질문드립니다.

제가 python 을 써본적이 없어서 어떻게 설치 해야하는지도 감을 못잡고 있습니다....

이곳을 찾아가도 패키지나 압축같은 건 전혀 찾아볼수가 ㅠㅠ..

이곳에 있는 파일을 모두 다운 받아서 ./setup.py install 이런식으로 설치 하는것인지 ㅠ.ㅠ

베릴은 home/.bery 이란폴더에 setting 이란 파일속에 셋팅을 저장하고 있어 이부분만 수정하면 어느
정도 수정이 가능할텐데 큐브라던가 다른것을 파악을 전혀 못해서 매니져를 설치하려고 하는데 안되네요

이 파일을 설치하기전에 beryl-setting 으로 쳐봐도

이런식으로 하고 뜨면서 죽어버립니다... ㅠㅠ kde에서 베릴을 써서 좋긴한데 기본적인 매니저 설정이

안되네요ㅠㅠ 조언좀 부탁드립니다.

참고로 전 slackware 유저입니다.... 쿠분투랑 설치 방법은 다르다고 하나

거의 쿠분투 우분투 수세 등 각종 셋팅방법을 참조하여 슬렉웨어 11.0 에 베릴 설치 까지 성공하고

일반적인 효과는 무리없이 잘 됩니다.... 근데 큐브 설정을 못해서시리 ㅠㅠㅠ

설정이 어렵다면 .berly/setting 파일이라도 참조할수 있도록 해주시면 감사드립니다...

beryl-settings-bindings를 설치할 때, python 2.4와 2.5가 함께 시스템에 설치되어 있으면 2.5 site-packages에 설치가 됩니다. 만약 그 경우라면, beryl-settings-bindings의 configure.ac를 다음과 같이 수정하여 설치해서 python이 2.4쪽 모듈을 찾도록 합니다.

그 다음에 beryl-settings를 다시 설치하고 위의 에러가 없는지 확인한 후에, kberylsettings는 tarball이 없으니 svn co해서 다른 디렉토리에 복사하고 root권한으로 setup.py로 설치를 하면 될 듯 합니다.

ps. 지목을 해서 질문을 하시면 다른 분들의 답변은 못 받을지도... :P. 제 생각에는 포럼에 쓰는 제목으로는 좋지않다고 생각합니다. 맨 위 링크에 답글로 글을 쓰셨더라도 아마 답을 했었을 겁니다. 그러면 나중에 다른 분들이 보기도 편할테고요. 만약 해결을 하시면 이 글을 해결한 내용과 함께 그 곳에 연결시켜주셨으면 합니다.

말씀대로 설치 하였습니다... 근데 막상 명령어를 내리니

위와 같이 떴네요 구글링 좀 더해서 찾기도 하겠습니다만

atie님 말씀처럼 다른분들도 저와 같은 경우가 발생할 요지가 있으므로 해결해나가는 형태를 남기도록 하겠습니다...

kberylsettings의 설치는 root권한으로 하더라도 실행은 사용자로 해야하겠지요. 에러 메세지에 대한 것은 이런 문제일 듯 싶습니다.
