Gtk에서 통화 기호표시를 어떻게 해야 할까요....

Gtk 2.x Linux 2.6 native에서

sign = g_convert("?", 1, "UTF-8", "ISO-8859-1", NULL, NULL, NULL); 처럼 UTF-8로 변환해서 sign을 찍어 보면
깨진 단위로 나오네요, 혹은 원하지 않은 기호로 변형되어 나오기도 합니다...

?, ＄,￡,￦ 이 4가지에 대해서 라벨로 화면에 찍어 보려고 합니다.

검색해보니 ISO-8859-1 char-set은 서유럽에 맞춰서 나왔다고 하더군요...
그럼 저 위 char-set을 모두 담고 있는 건 ... 무엇인가요...

혹시 알고 계신분.. 알려주시면 감사드립니다~

변환 없이 그냥 utf-8 문서로 하세요.
리눅스의 에디터는 대부분 utf-8 을 지원합니다.

질문이 잘못된걸까요..
에디터에서는 당근 저 통화 기호들은 잘 표시 됩니다.
제가 원하는건 GTK위젯들 안에서 label로 정의되는 String에서 저 통화 기호들을 찍고 싶다는 겁니다... 누구..아시는 분 없을까요?

Gtk+에서 사용되는 모든 문자열은 UTF-8이므로, 그냥 바로 집어넣으셔도 될 것 같습니다. (물론 해당 소스 코드 파일의 인코딩은 UTF-8이어야겠죠.)
