그런데 adsense 달려면 필요한 조건이 있나요? (어떻게 하죠?)

무효클릭이라.. 광고주 입장에서 비용이 발생하니 필요한 조치인것 같지만, 판별에 오해의 소지가 있을 수도 있을 것 같네요.
