소켓프로그래밍, target 사이트에서 문서 읽어오다 연결 끊길수도 있나요?

(1) 소켓 프로그래밍에서 원격의 웹 서버에 80번 포트를 이용해 접속한 후, html 문서를 읽어오는 중간에 웹 서버에서 접속을 끊을수도 있나요?

문서 길이가 길어서 다 못읽고 중간에 접속이 끊어지는 경우는 없는지 알고 싶습니다.

(2) 아울러, HTTP GET 을 이용한 연결은 한 번 문서를 읽어온 후엔 연결이 끊어진다고 하던데.. 끊어지지 않게 설정하는 방법 있는지요?

웹서버 버그, 혹은 네트웍 장애로 인해서 끊어질 가능성은 얼마든지 있습니다.

요는 네트웍을 통해서 넘어오는 자료에 대해서 '가정'은 안된다는 거죠.

두번째는, 서버에서 keep-alive를 지원하는 경우에 가능합니다.
