리눅스 터미널상과 웹에서 한글이 깨집니다.

리눅스(레드햇 9)서버에 아파치를 깔아서 웹을 사용하고 있습니다.
그런데 홈페이지를 만들어서 서버에다가 올려놓구선 인터넷 접속해서 확인을 하면 한글이 깨져서 나옵니다.
그래서 인코딩에 한국어 선택을 하면 한글이 제대로 나오고요..
매번 접속할때마다 인코딩 가서 한국어를 선택해야 하는데 이거 처음부터 한국어 나오게 하려면 어떻게 해야 하나여?
그리고 터미널 상에서도 한글을 치면 한글이 깨져서 나오는데 다시 마우스를 깨진 한글을 드래그 하면 다시 한글이 잘 나옵니다.
리눅스가 이상한건가여?

1. HTML의 <head>부분에 <meta> 태그는 넣으셨나요? <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=EUC-KR"> 이런 식으로요.

메타 태그를 넣어도 계속 한글이 깨져서 나오네요..
계속 인코딩에 가보면 서유럽어로 설정이 되어 있어서 한국어로 바꿔줘야지만 한글이 보여여...ㅠ

아파치의 설정파일인 httpd.conf 파일에서 언어 순위를 어떻게 지정하셨나요?

ko 가 맨 앞에 있도록 설정해주셔야 언어 설정 부분에서 막히지 않으리라 생각합니다.

httpd.conf 설정 파일에서 한국어로 지정하니깐 되네여...^^;;
