쉘스크립에서 문자열의 아스키값으로 크거나 작거나를 할 수 없

이런 문자열이 잇을때..
s1="2005-12-13"
s2="2004-11-11"

문자열 s1과 s2를 비교하려고 하는데요

찾아보니깐
같냐와 같지 않느냐, 또는 길이비교는 있는데
문자열의 아스키 값비교는 어떻게 할지 잘 모르겠네요

DB에서 select 날릴때..

select * from mytable where s1 > s2

이런 비교가 통하듯이
쉘스크립트에서도 통할 것 같은데..

expr을 이용하면 될듯싶은데...

$ expr aaa \< bbb 이렇게 하면 될듯..
