한글 파일 업로드시에 ??<- 파일명이 이렇게 깨어짐 과연 어

솔라리스.. apache+tomcat4 를 쓰고 있는데요..

알 ftp로 파일을 업로드 하면 한글 명이 잘 보입니다..

물론 웹 페이지의 한글도 잘 보입니다..

근데!! 한글 파일명을 multipart로 upload할때만 ?? 이렇게 한글이 깨집니당...

어디서 문제가 있는지 알수가 없네요...

OS문제는 아닌것 같은데.., 톰캣이 문제인지, 아님 프로그램 코딩의 문제인지.. 혹시 겪어 보신분은 답변 바랄께요.. ㅜㅜ

한글로 된 파일 업로드의 문제는 어떤식으로든 해결이 되겠지만

사용자가 파일명이 한글이 파일을 웹에서 다운로드시 웹페이지를 찾을수 없습니다. 라고 에러가 뜨는 현상에 대한 해결책을 아시는 분 답변부탁드립니다.
