Windows환경에서의 makefile 사용법에 관한 질문..

TOPDIR := $(shell if [ "$$PWD" != "" ]; then echo $$PWD; else pwd; fi)
export TOPDIR

Windows의 Console창에서 위의 내용처럼 makefile에 현재 directory를 TOPDIR이라는 환경변수에 넣어주고자 합니다. 뭐 Linux 환경이야 GNU Make document 읽으면서 할수 있었는데,
Windows의 Console창에서 엄밀히 말하면, Windows에서 위처럼 $(TOPDIR)에 현재 directory path를 지정할수 있는 방법은 없을까요?

윈도우즈 환경에서도 컴파일러 종류에 따라 차이가 있는 문제입니다.
하지만, cygwin gcc 가 있기 때문에, GNU make 를 쓰면, 윈도우즈에서도 Linux 에서 하시던대로 하실 수 있습니다.
