ethernet 카드 및 인터넷 오류

좀 구닥다리 질문이지만 게시판의 글들을 보고도 해결을 못봐서 올림니다.

wow linux 6.2 버전 os 이고요
ethernet card 는 RTL8019AS 입니다.

그러니까
linuxconf 를 이용해 eth0를 제대로 설정해서 ip,netmask,gateway 등등은
됐는데요 또 reboot를 해서가보면 잘 저장되어있거든요
그런데 ifconfig 또는 netstat -rn 을 하면 항상 loopback 127.0.0.1만 나
오거든요.

강제로 ifconfig eth0 143.248.50.162를 하면
ne.c NO NE card found at i/o=0x340
eth0 unknown device no such device
라는 error가 뜹니다.

대강 irq와 i/o이 안맞는다는 error 같은데요

이것을 맞춰주는 것이 driver 아닌가요?
문제는 지가 rtl8019 driver라는 Rset8019.exe를 구해서
mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt
로 깔끔하게 mount 했는데 고것이 *달린 exe파일로 보이는데도
/mnt/Rset8019.exe 를 하면
can not execute binary file 이란 알수없는(미치게 만드는)현상을 보입니
다.
저는 file이 이상한가 하여 window에서 실행했는데 잘 실행이 됩니다.
그럼 무엇이 문제 일까요? 지금까지 잘못된 것있었다면 갤쳐주셔요.

한참 재밌게 linux를 배우는 중인데요 이문제가 해결되면
지도 linuxer로서 windows를 부수적으로 써볼까 합니다.

Rset8019.exe은 도스용이나 윈도우용 실행 파일이므로 리눅스에서는 당연
히 실행할 수 없습니다.

8019에 대한 부분이 모듈로 만들어져 있다면 우선 8019 커널 모듈을 먼저
올려주시면 됩니다. 만약 이 때 irq와 i/o가 안맞다면 device busy등으로
나올거구요 도스나 윈도우에서 Rset8019.exe를 실행해서 적용되는 irq와
i/o 어드레스를 모듈을 올릴때 옵션으로 주시면 됩니다.
