소스로 설치한 glib를 어떻게 삭제해야 할지 모르겠습니다.

레드햇 8.0에 커널2.6.7을 쓰고 있습니다
원래 rpm으로 glib-1.2.10-8이 설치되어 있었는데 glib-devel은 설치되어 있지 않아서 xmms를 설치할때 glib 1.2.2이상의 바전을 설치하라는 메세지가 출력되었습니다.전 그래서 rpm은 확인안하고 그런가 부다 하고 그냥 소스로 glib-1.2.9를 받아서 설치했습니다.그런데 나중에 알고보니 glib-devel이 필요해서 생긴 일이라고 하네요.그래서 glib-devel을 rpm으로 설치하고 다시 xmms를 ./configure하니

이렇게 뜹니다.그리고 rpm -qa :grep glib 룰 했을때
glib -1.2.10-8
glib -devel-1.2.10-8
이렇게 나옵니다.

그래서 glib 1.2.9를 지우고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 할까요?

관련 파일들을 찾아서 삭제를 해주셔야 할듯...

대략 낭패로운 얼굴이 순간... 휙~~~

아님... 설치하고자 하는 버젼의 소스를 받아서 덮어 씌우는 것도 한 방법이긴 하지만...

근데... 라이브러리가 바뀌면 잘 돌던 녀석도 불평을 할때가 있으니깐 조심조심...

다시 소스를 받아서
configure를 원래의 prefix대로 해준다음(./configufe --prefix=기존의 prefix)

make uninstall 을 하면 되지 않을까요?

prefix를 지정해주지 않았어도 될 것 같긴한데요.. 자세히는 잘 모르겠네요 ^^;
