설치된 유닉스의 버전을 알고싶어요

어떻게 하면 버전을 알수 있죠?
uname -a
를 하면 무지 간단하구 알수 없는말로 나온거 같아서요

man 1 uname

근데 제 시스템에서는 그런 명령어를 치니깐 단순히 숫자 만 나오네요 ^^
