윈도우즈 2000에서 특정 프로그램의 실행을 백그라운드로 하고

putty에 포함된 plink 라는 윈도우즈 콘솔 프로그램을 이용해서 SSH 터널링을 애용하고 있는데, 이것이 좀 거슬리는게 단순히 터널링을 만을 하는데 윈도우즈 커맨드 창을 띄워놓아서 최소화 시켜야 한다는 것입니다. 그냥 백그라운드로 돌리고 싶은데...어떻게 방법이 없나요?

아니면 java 혹은 VC++로 간단히 프로그램을 만들어서 돌릴 수도 있을거 같은데, 어떻게 하면 되는건지 잘 감이 안오네요. 워낙 GUI 프로그래밍은 서툰 편이라서요.

실핼파일 실행시킬때 옵션이 있습니다.
SW_HIDE
WinExec() 또는 CreateProcess()라는 함수와 함께
자바는 모르겠고요.
