nanosleep() 이 정말 가능한지요?

리눅스에서 nanosleep이란 함수가 있습니다.

정말 리눅스가 nano단위를 쉬도록 제공해 주는지 의심스럽습니다.

가능할까요.. 인스트럭션 수행및 커널하는 무수한 일들은....-_-
