컴파일?? 궁금...[초보자]

안녕하세요.. 초보자 우비소년 입니다.. 제가 엄청나게 궁금한것은 어떤 프로
그램을 설치 할때 rpm,소스컴파일이 있잖아여.. 여기서 소스 컴파일을 할때 사
용하는 명령문들이 궁금합니다.

>./configure --prefix= ~~~~~~
>make
>make install

이런식으로 하잖아요..근데 ./configure 뒤에 설정하는 부분을 알고 싶은데 아
무리 찾아봐도 저런것에 대한 설명은 없더라구여...넘 기초적인거여서 그런가?
어디다 물어보기도 창피하고 그렇다고 man configure 를 쳐서 보면은 다 영어
에서 해석하기도 힘들구....어디 이런것에 대한 설명 및 사이트 없나여?

짜증나시더라도 답변 좀 부탁 드립니다.

./configure --help 하시면 각 옵션별로 설명이 나옵니다. 아니면 같이 있는 INSTAL(또는 instal)이나 README등에 나와있을수도 있습니다.

대부분 INSTALL이란 문서에 옵션들이 설명되어있으니 살펴보십시오.
