리눅스에서 vmware 실행하여 Win2000 실행시 에러납니다

최초에 부팅하고 grub에서 win2k를 선택하면 Win2000이 실행이 잘 되는데
리눅스 상에서 vmware를 실행하여 win2k를 실행하면 grub에러가 납니다.

Error 13 : invalid or unsupported executable format 이라면서요.

그 위에는 filesystem type unknown, partition type 0x2d라고 나오구요

type이 82, 83도 아니고 알지도 못하는 에러라서 방법이 없네요.

혹시 경험해 보셨다거난 아시는 분들의 도움을 간절히 기다립니다.

그냥 가상 하드 잡아서 설치를 하는 게 속 편합니다.
저도 BeOS 부트매니저로 듀얼부팅을 하고 있는데
죽어도 안 뜨고 파란 화면만 봤습니다.
