프로그래밍 QnA + 설치 및 활용 QnA

IDE 들이 다들 지나치게 무겁고 vim 이 손에 익어서
vim + ctags + cscope 를 에디터로 사용하고 싶은데 말이죠.
makefile 만드는 게 넘 귀찮습니다.

프로젝트에 소스파일/라이브러리 추가/삭제 기능과 클래스 구조 표현만 딱 해주고
makefile 만 자동으로 만들어주는 그런 툴 없을까요.
말하자면 eclipse 의 project explorer 나 visual studio 의 프로젝트 관리자 창 정도만

아래와 같은 aix 사이트에서 gcc와 g++을 다운 받아서 설치했습니다.

g++ -o stl stl.cpp 로 컴파일하면 아래와 같은 에러가 납니다.
이 에러는 어떻게 해결해야 하는지요?

우분투 대퍼 설치하고 업데이트한 후 xgl 적용할려고 http://wiki.kldp.org/wiki.php/xgl 를
참고하면서 그대로 따라했는데 아래와 같은 에러가 뜨네요.
