vmstat 하면 나오는 결과는 다음과 같은데요

root@linuxs-desktop:~/IMT/server/release/4.0.1# vmstat -n 1

man vmstat하면 io 값이 blocks/s 라고 나옵니다.
IO
bi: Blocks received from a block device (blocks/s).
bo: Blocks sent to a block device (blocks/s).

blocks/s 를 bps 단위로 바꿀려면 어떻게 해야 되나요?
