kernel panic관련 고수님들 좀 도와주세요

smdk2440보드에 kernel 이미지와 Ramdisk이미지를 올려보니
아래와같이 kernel panic현상이 일어나는데... 도무지 어떻게 대처를 해야할지 감이
오질 않네요 ㅠ.ㅠ
