영문 특정 문자만 깨져서 나타나는 현상

Grep understands two different versions of regular expression syntax:

expressions are summarized afterwards.실제 화면에선 '쏿'로 보입니다. 위에 화면의 putty로 ssh로 연결하였습니다.
로컬에서도 저렇게 보입니다. 해결 방법을 가르쳐 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
검색도 해보려 했으나, 깨져서 나타난다는 말을 영어로 어떻게 표현해야할지 몰라서
아 특히 gcc에선 더 많이 깨져서 나타납니다.
