윈도우즈 gvim 에서 set encoding=utf-8 지정시에 대화상자의 글꼴이 변경되네요...

Win32 GVIM 에서 한글이 깔금하게 보여지도록
set encoding=utf-8 로 설정했습니다.
설정 이후 기능상에는 문제가 없는듯 느껴집니다.
그런데, 위 설정과 함께 한 가지 덩달아서
변경된 것이 있습니다.
CommonDlg 류의 대화상자가 아닌 빔의
"Tear-Off" 메뉴와 "확인 대화상자" 등에서
옵션의 변경으로 인해서 대화상자 폰트가 변경
되는군요. 얼핏보아 fixedsys 나 system 같은
폰트 같네요.
cp949의 경우에만 해당 문제의 대화상자들이
제대로 출력되고 다른 인코딩 옵션의 경우에는
여지없이 이런 현상이 있습니다.

혹시, 따로 설정해주는 옵션이 있는지 궁금합니다.
도움말 시스템이 비교적 훌륭하게 되어있지만...
커스터마이즈할 수 있는 옵션이 너무나도 많네요.
에공...

기능상에 문제가 아니기에 별일은 아니지만,
혹시나 간단한 해결책 혹은 차선책을 아신다면,
조언좀 부탁드리겠습니다. ^^;
