우분투, 갑자기 접속 안되고 모니터는 no signal

잘 사용하던 우분투 시스템에서 문제가 발생함 (최신 업데이트 모두 한 상태였음)

1. 핑은 응답하나, SSH 연결 시도 시 계속 기다림

2. 콘솔 모니터는 계속 no signal

3. 콘솔에 붙은 키보드의 num-lock과 caps-lock은 토글 안됨

4. 랜 선에 불은 계속 깜박거리고 있음

몇달 전에도 비슷한 증상이 있었는데.. 이번에는 그냥 재부팅하기엔 돌리던 실험이 있어서 곤란하네요.

어떤 문제일까요? 더 체크해 볼 수 있는 방법이 있다면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

시스템 특징

1. amd64에 x86 설치
2. KVM 사용중
3. 예전에 동일 증상 발생했었음
4. 같은 전원에 물려있는 다른 서버에는 문제가 없음
5. 기가비트 랜카드, 랜선, 허브 이용 (그러나 들어오는 선이 100M..)

로그 중에 메모리 부족 때문에 여러 프로세스가 죽어나가고 있는 게 있어서.. 살펴보는 중입니다.

보통 메모리 릭이 있어도 사용자 프로세스 별로 제한이 있지 않나요? ;
