xinetd 설정 시 W10: Warning: Changing a readonly file 이게 뜨네요``

xinetd을 설정하고자 /etc/xinetd.conf파일을 수정하려고 하는 과정에서

W10: Warning: Changing a readonly file

와 같은 메세지가 출력이 되며 수정이 안됩니다.

다른분이 root 마운트시 read only로 마운트되어서 그런다고 하셔서

언마운트 시키니 이번에는 또

umount: /: device is busy

이런 메세지가 출력이 되는데 왜 그런지 아시는 분 답변좀 부탁드립니다
