Windows 2003 => SVN + TRAC + Apache 설치후 아파치에서 libapr-1.dll 메모리 참조 오류

위는 제가 설치한 패키지 입니다.
윈도에서 trac 설치하기 메뉴얼 보고 위 설치 파일들을 모두 다운 받아 설치를 했습니다.
그런데 문제는 설치까지 잘 되고
trac을 단독 서버 모드로 돌리면 아무 문제 없이 실행이 되는데..
아파치 모드로 돌리면 자꾸 libapr-1.dll에서 오류가 발생 했다고 나오면서 trac 페이지로 들어가지 않아요.
아파치 오류 메시지는 첨부파일을 확인해 주십시오.

아파치 모듈로 돌릴때 http://localhost/cgi-bin/trac.cgi

하면 500 error 가 뜹니다.

어떻게 해야 windows 2003 서버에 trac을 제대로 설치할 수 있을까요?
