virtualbox ubuntu guest 성능 문제.

virtualbox에 우분투(7.10)을 설치했습니다.

호스트 시스템은 Gentoo Linux 2.6.23-gentoo-r9 #16 SMP x86_64 AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux이고,
램은 2G입니다.

게스트는 하드 8G(가변), ram 256, 네트워크는 호스트네트워크(tuntap), 사운드는 호스트의 alsa장치를 이용합니다.
게스트 애디션도 설치되어 있는 상태입니다.

같이 버츄얼박스에 설치한 centos나, redhat 9, 부요리눅스는 virtual machine에 돌아가는 것같지 않게 빠른데,
유독 우분투 게스트만 느립니다.

문제는 하드디스크 억세스 문제인 것 같은데, 조언 부탁드리겠습니다.

혹시 특정한 커널 옵션이나 guest 옵션을 줘야 하는 것인지, 궁금합니다.
