Vmware와 호스트 OS 간의 통신 문제

호스트 OS 는 Xp 를 쓰고 있고 게스트 os는 레드헷 9.0을 쓰고 있는데요
여기서 올라온 vmware 네트워크 설정 보고 똑같이 따라했는데
레드헷에서는 엑스피로 통신은 잘되는데 엑스피에서 레드헷으로 핑을 쏘면 time out 요게 뜨면서
연결이 안되네요
둘다 방화벽도 해제해 봤구요

엑스피에서 연결이 안되니 SSH 접속도 안되구 있구여
어떻게 도움좀 주셨으면 감사하겠습니다 ㅠㅠ
