spam mail이 릴레이 되는건지?

갑자기 며칠 전부터 이상한 spam mail이 발송대기에 여러건 대기중입니다.

단순히 사내 메일로만 수신되는거면 괜찬은데 spam mail의 릴레이 서버로 이용되지
않을까 하는 걱정이 생기네요.
※릴레이 테스트하는 곳에서 테스트 하면 아무 문제가 없다고는 나옵니다.

아래는 발송대기에 쌓여 있던 메일의 헤더 부분으로 xxxx.xx으로 되어 있는 부분은
회사 도메인 입니다.

centos 5.0은 사용중이며 sendmail 8.13.8+spamassassin+clamav-milter를 사용중입니다.
