윈도우에서 Realvnc로 ubuntu가 설치된 컴퓨터 원격제어하는 방법좀 알려주세요

안녕하세요. 도저히 해결이 안되서 도움을 좀 받고자 이렇게 글을 올립니다.

현재 윈도우xp가 설치되 있는 컴퓨터에서 realvnc viewer를 이용하여

ubunt가 깔려있는 컴퓨터에 접속을 합니다.

문제는 윈도우에서 원격제어를 할때 유저 스위치를 해가면서 작업을 해야하는데,

유저를 스위치하기 위해 ubuntu 부팅시 첫 화면 (사용자 id를 입력하는 화면)으로

넘어가려하면 제어가 되질 않습니다. 그 첫화면도 보이게 하여 유저를 바꿔 줄 순 없나요??

vnc를 이용하여 유저 스위치를 하기 위해서는 어떠한 작업을 해주어야 하나요.

아시는 분들 설명좀 자세히 해주세요.. 제가 초보라서 잘 모르겠습니다ㅠ
