tftp open timeout 문제...

os - centos 5.0
작업환경 - vmware 6.0 warkstation

제가 현재 tftp, dhcp, nfs를 통하여 네트워크 부팅을 공부하고 있는데요.
지금 2주일 동안 열심히 방법을 연구하고 여러 os를 통하여 시도를 해봤지만 제대로 네크워크 부팅을 성공한 적이 한번도 없어서요...
그래서 이렇게 조언을 구합니다...

일단 dhcp까지는 설정이 이상이 없어서 네트워크 주소를 잘 받아오는데요.
tftp open timeout....메세지와 함께 tftp를 인식을 못하는거 같더라구요.

제가 tftp를 사용하기 위해서 작업 한 환경은
mkdir /tftpboot
cd /usr/src
wget http://www.kernel.org/pub/software/network/tftp/tftp-hpa-0.48.tar.bz2
tar -xvf tftp-hpa-0.48.tar.bz2
cd tftp-hpa-0.48
./configure
make
make install
vi /usr/src/tftp-hpa-0.48/tftp-xinetd
disale no로 설정
cp tftp-xinetd /etc/xinetd.d/
mv /etc/xinetd.d/tftp-xinetd tftp

service xinetd restart를 해줬는데 xinetd데몬이 없더라구요...
그래서 yum -y install xinetd로 설치하니까 xinetd데몬이 생기더라구요..
그래서 다시 xinetd restart를 해주니까 이상없이 재시작 되더라구요.

제가 알고 있기론 tftp가 보안이 취악하여 xinetd데몬에 종속시켜 사용한다고 들었는데요.
xinetd.conf설정도 따로 뭘 해줘야 tftp가 동작을 하는건가요...?
도대체 왜 네트워크 tftp open timeout 문제가 나오는지 모르겠어요...
정말 힘드네요...
