LG-IBM노트북에서 설치시 문제점 답변 부탁드립니다.ㅠ.ㅠ

안녕하세요.
고수님들...^^
제가 LG-IBM 노트북에서 리눅스 6.1을 깔려고 하니까 안되네요.
부팅디스크로 부팅하고 나서 installation Method(내용What partition
and directory on that partition hold the RedHat/RPMS and RedHat/base
directories? If you don't see the disk drive you're using listed
here, press F2 to configure additional devices)에서 하드드라이버 선택
하고(리눅스파일이 하드에 있음) ok하고 다음 Select Partition에서(무슨
내용인지는모름)ok하면 에러가 나옵니다.에러내용(device /dev/hda5 does
not appear to contain a red hat installation tree)/dev/hda1에는 윈98
설치 되어있음 확장 논리드라이버에(/dev/hda5) 리눅스 깔려고 하는데 에
러 메세지 뜸 더이상 진행이 안됨. 제발 좀 도와 주세요 흑흑흑....ㅜ.ㅡ
