Linux/AMD64에서 JAVA EE 5 SDK updated 3 설치시 에러

Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon AMD64 환경에서
JAVA EE 5 SDK updated3 를 받아서 설치하는데 에러만 나고 설치가 안되네요.
메시지는 다읍과 같습니다.

# ./java_ee_sdk-5_03-linux-nojdk.bin -javahome /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun

>Attach to native process failed 이 부분이 에러인듯 한데 구글에 뒤져봐도 여러 환경중 64bit버젼의 배보판들에서
동일한 현상의 에러를 호소하는 사람들이 많은걸로 봐서는 64bit환경에서 Java EE 최신버젼이 문제가 있는게 아닌가 싶네요.
하지만 안되다는 사람만 있고 해결방법은 찾을 수가 없네요...

5_02에서는
# ./java_ee_sdk-5_02-linux-nojdk.bin -javahome /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun

j2ee 1.4에서는
# ./j2eesdk-1_4_03-linux.bin
./j2eesdk-1_4_03-linux.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
#

이렇게 버젼을 내려도 안되네요 nojdk가 문제인가해서 jdk포함 버젼을 설치해도 같은 문제가 발생하네요..
