[질문]RHEL 4 WS에서 RHEL 4 ES의 공유 폴더 mount 실패

안녕하세요~

Samba 마운트에 관련하여 궁금한 것이 있어서 글을 올립니다...

현재 RHEL 4 ES에서 Samba로 공유 폴더를 하나 생성하고

RHEL 4 WS에서

"mount -t smbfs -o username=[id],password=[password] //[RHEL 4 ES의 ip]/[공유 폴더 이름] /[마운트 포인트]"

로 mount를 시도를 했습니다.

mount 후 아무런 에러 메시지가 출력되지 않아서 제대로 mount되었는지 확인을 하려고 마운트 포인트로 들어가서 ls 명령어를 입력했습니다.

그런데 바로 폴더 목록이 나오지 않고 몇 초뒤에

"Input/output error" 라는 메시지가 출력되었습니다.

mount 명령어로 현재 mount된 정보를 확인해봤는데 그 목록에는 공유 폴더로 mount한 정보가 나오더라구요..

혹시 Samba 설정이 잘 못되었나 싶어서 WindowsXP에서 공유 폴더로 접근을 해봤는데 정상적으로 공유 폴더의 내용을 확인 할 수 있었구요
그리고 smbclient를 사용해서 공유 폴더로 접근을 해봤는데 역시 정상적으로 공유 폴더의 내용을 확인 할 수 있었습니다.
또 다른 방법으로는 위의 "smbfs" 대신에 "cifs"로 시도 했을 때도 역시 정상적으로 mount되었는 것을 확인 할 수 있었습니다.

"smbfs" 파일시스템으로는 mount를 할 수 없는 건가요??

현재 사용하고 있는 Samba의 버전은 "3.0.10-1.4E.12.2"입니다.

혹시 해결책이나 왜 이런지 알고 계신분은 바쁘시지만 간단한 조언이라도 부탁 드립니다...^^
